Thermal Muscle Rehabilitation Therapy

What is it? It provides a long term solution for many soft tissue injuries, this typically means the muscles and tendons, read a little farther on and you will also see how this therapy helps with long term skeletal injuries too.

When there is an injury to a muscle,  it reacts by building up scar tissue that causes a shortening of the muscle, this shortening can  then pull the skeletal structure out of line. If this is left too long the muscle's memory then adjusts to the new positions.  This is when pain and re-injury often results. What is required is a readjustment of the muscle by stretching  in a way that does not generate further injury. More>
